Adam Moalla: Adam Moalla is a Senior Venture Architect at Schenker Ventures, the VC arm of the global logistics leader Schenker AG, where he supports the development of scalable business models with a focus on LogTech, sustainability, and supply chain innovation. He is also the Managing Director of Moalla Ventures, a Berlin-based boutique startup consulting firm that helps launch and scale tech-driven business models—from idea validation to team-building and market entry. Notable projects include Cognee AI, SimplyTasks by ISC-CX, Go-Cards GmbH, Lableb by Haykal Media Group, and other ventures across Europe and the Middle East. In addition, Adam is the curator of MindfulCircles.org, a global peer-led community dedicated to empowering professionals through mindfulness and promoting the connection between personal well-being and career growth. Previously, he founded and led the HR-Tech SaaS startup teambay GmbH (acquired by Staffbase GmbH), taking it from idea to a platform that helped thousands of employees improve their workplace satisfaction.
