Adam Moalla is the Founder & CEO of Moalla Ventures (Berlin/San Francisco), a boutique venture-building and startup-advisory firm. Through it, he holds interim positions, does corporate venture building, and invests in and advises tech ventures across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, among them Clinomi (HealthTech, with a Stanford Medicine and UTHealth team), AI-memory startup Cognee (backed by angels from OpenAI and n8n), and Lableb, the Arabic AI search platform (acquired by Majarra); and mentors founders at Techstars, Blue Factory, Plug and Play, and the Founder Institute. He recently co-founded and built axessible.io, an AI customs-clearance platform by DB Schenker Ventures (acquired by DSV), serving as its interim CEO, and earlier founded and scaled the HR-tech startup teambay (acquired by Staffbase). An alumnus of ESCP Business School and Stanford's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program, Adam also curated MindfulCircles, the mental-resilience platform for ambitious professionals.
